蓝靛果花色苷乙醇洗脱物抗癌活性的研究
Anticancer activities of ethanol eluting fractions from Lonicera edulis anthocyanidins extract

摘要: 蓝靛果花色苷具有较好的抗癌功能,其花色苷种类繁多,为筛选出具有较高抗癌作用的花色苷,将蓝靛果花色苷粗提物经X-5大孔树脂吸附后,用体积分数10%、20%、30%、40%、50%和60%乙醇溶液梯度洗脱获得6种洗脱物,研究了这6种洗脱物对人肺癌细胞株A-549,人肝癌细胞株HepG2和人宫颈癌细胞株Hela的细胞抑制率并进行了比较。6种洗脱物对三种癌细胞都具有一定的抑制率,其中抑制率最强的是10%乙醇洗脱物,且对三种癌细胞抑制率从大到小顺序为:Hela>HepG2>A-549。实验结果表明,蓝靛果提取物的乙醇洗脱物具有很强的抑制癌细胞的能力,可以用来预防癌症,应用在医疗、食品、药品等领域。Abstract: Lonicera edulis anthocyanidins have good anticancer function and variety.To sift and determine the anthocyanidin with stronger anticancer ability from Lonicera edulis extract, Lonicera edulis extract was absorbed on resin X-5 and eluting gradient with 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50% and 60% ethanol solution to get six fractions.The cell inhibiton rates of the six fractions were determined on human lung cancer cell A-549, human liver cancer cell HepG2 and human cervical cell Hela.The results showed that all the six fractions exhibited strong cancer cell inhibition.The inhibition ability of 10% ethanol fraction on three kinds of cancer cells.From big to small order was:Hela>HepG2>A-549.In conclusion, concentrations of ethanol eluting fractions had different but strong cancer cell inhibition ability which can be used on medical care, food or pharmaceutical for prevention of cancer.
