高效液相色谱法测定鸡肉中恩诺沙星和环丙沙星残留的不确定度分析

Uncertainty evaluation for determining enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin residues in chicken by high performance liquid chromatography

  • 摘要: 建立高效液相色谱法测定鸡肉中恩诺沙星和环丙沙星残留的不确定度评定方法。建立数学模型,依据JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》和CNAS-GL06《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》规定的基本方法和程序,对测量过程中各不确定度分量进行分析和计算,最后给出合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果表明,不确定度主要来源于标准曲线的拟合和样品处理的过程。 

     

    Abstract: A method for uncertainty evaluation of enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin residues in chicken by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was established.A mathematical model was constructed according to the basic method and procedure for uncertainty assessment given in JJF 1059-1999 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement and CNAS-GL 06 Guidance on Evaluating the Uncertainty in Chemical Analysis.Each component of uncertainty in the whole measuring process was analyzed and quantified.Finally, the combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were achieved.The results showed that the major factors of uncertainty were standard curve fitting and sample pre-treatment.
