产纤溶酶菌株粪肠球菌EF608液体发酵工艺优化研究

Optimization of fermentation process on a fibrinolytic enzyme from Enterococcus faecalis EF608

  • 摘要: 以本实验室筛选到产纤溶酶的粪肠球菌EF608为发酵菌株,通过研究得到该菌株产纤溶酶的最佳工艺条件为:葡萄糖2%,蛋白胨0.75%,牛肉膏0.75%,酵母提取物0.5%,K2HPO4·3H2O1%,NaCl0.2%,MgSO4·7H2O0.02%,初始pH7.5,接种量为6%,装液量为15%,37℃培养10h,发酵液纤溶酶活性达到1833IU/mL。 

     

    Abstract: The optimum fermentation conditions for the fibrinolysin from Enterococcus faecalis EF608 were investigated.The results showed that the optimal fermentation condition were as the following:2% glucose, 0.75% peptone, 0.75% beef extract, 0.5% yeast extract, 1% K2HPO4·3H2O, 0.2% NaCl, 0.02% MgSO4·7H2O, initial pH7.5, temperature 37℃, 15% of medium volume and 6% of inoculums, incubation time for 10h.Under these conditions, the fibrinolytic enzyme activity of the fermented broth have reached 1833IU/mL.
