Changes in biochemical indexes and nutrition components of Hyriopsis cumingii stressed triazole chromium(Ⅲ)complex

  • In the study,a novel grafting agent,triazole chromium complex with a ligand of 1,2,4-triazole-4,5-dicarboxylic and chromic chloride was synthesized and characterized. As well,the effects of triazole chromium complex on biochemical indices and nutritional components of Hyriopsis cumingii were analyzed by simulated stress in vitro. The results showed that triazole chromium complex could promote protein synthesis at the concentrations of 2.5 μg/g and 10 μg/g,promote protein metabolism and improve the activity of alkaline phosphatase at the concentration of 40 μg/g. The relative contents of taurine and unsaturated fatty acids of Hyriopsis cumingii were increased significantly stressed by triazole chromium complex(p<0.05),and serum biochemical indexes,amino acids and fatty acids had certain correlation respectively. These results indicated that the prepared triazole chromium complex might hold promise in helping wound healing post mantle implantation,promote the secretion of nacre,and enhance the immunity of the oysters,thus ultimately improving the yield and quality of the pearls.
