Simultaneous Determination of 21 Bisphenol and Bisphenol Derivatives in Baijiu Contact Plastic Materials by UPLC-Q-Orbitrap High Resolution Mass Spectrometry

  • A method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 21 bisphenol and bisphenol derivatives in Baijiu contact plastic materials by ultra high performance liquid chromatography- high resolution mass spectrometry. The simulation solution was diluted 10 times with methanol. The compounds were separated on a C18 chromatographic column with the gradient elution of water (contain 5 mmol/L ammonium) and methanol as mobile phase. The result showed that the limits of quantification were in the range of 2.5~500.0 µg/L, and the correlation coefficients (R2) of 21 target compounds were higher than 0.9965. The average spiked recoveries were in the range of 82.3%~106.4%, and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were in the range of 0.7%~5.2%. This method was simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate, and could be used for the monitoring of 21 bisphenol and bisphenol diglycidyl ethers in Baijiu and Baijiu contact plastic materials
