Optimization of Melamine Detection Conditions by Nano-gold Modified Electrode

  • In order to develop a new simple and low-cost electrochemical sensing method for detecting melamine in food. The methanobactin(Mb) functionalized gold(AuNPs) nanoparticles were assembled on the surface of the modified electrode by means of hybrid self-assembly,and the modified electrode of Mb-AuNPs was prepared for the detection of melamine. The results showed that the electrochemical behavior of melamine on this modified electrode was determined by electrochemical cyclic voltammetry. The optimized conditions were as follows:The concentration of PBS solution 0.1 mol/L,and the pH value of PBS solution 6.0. The detection in the melamine system showed that the melamine concentration had a good linear relationship with the peak current. The correlation coefficient was 0.9909. The detection limit(LOD) of the method was 0.384×10-8 mol/L. The electrode would have good selectivity and reproducibility, and has practical application value.
