Research Progress in Bioactive Ingredients and Pharmacological Functions of Ganoderma lucidum Spores

  • Ganoderma lucidum spores are germ cells released by G. lucidum during maturity,containing polysaccharides,triterpenoids,nucleosides and other multiple active ingredients. Its medicinal value is higher than the G. lucidum fruiting body and mycelium,and have many pharmacological effects,such as anti-tumor,antioxidant,immunomodulatory and so on. In this paper,the research on the structure,functional ingredients,pharmacological effects and product development status of G. lucidum spores is reviewed,in order to provide important theoretical reference for the further development and utilization of G. lucidum spore powder.
