High-pressure Pulsed Electric Field Assisted Aqueous Enzymatic Extraction of Non-extractable Polyphenols from Eucommia ulmoides Leaves

  • In order to optimize the non-extractable polyphenols(NEPP)extraction process in Eucommia ulmoides leaves,three factors including enzyme dosage,field strength and pulse number were selected. On the basis of single factor experiments,the extraction process was optimized by three-factor and three-level response surface method,and the best extraction was obtained. The process was as follows:Enzyme dosage 18 mg,field strength 2.81 kV/cm,pulse number 100 times,predicted value 34.969 mg/g. The test was carried out under these conditions,and the contents of non-extractable polyphenol was(34.961±0.952) mg/g.
