  • The increasingly common phenomenon of skeletal muscle attenuation has caused inconvenience to people's normal life. People's pursuit of the health and youthfulness of the body is also growing stronger. At the same time as various interventions,foods also play an important role in resisting muscle attenuation. This article outlines the mechanisms by which muscle attenuation occurs,as well as active factors known to have anti-muscle aging effects at home and abroad. It analyzes the status quo of foods with anti-muscle attenuation function on the market,lays the theoretical foundation for the development of anti-muscle-attenuating functional foods,and looks into the future of the development of anti-muscle-attenuating functional foods.
