Optimization of Extraction Conditions of Anti-xanthine Oxidase Active Compounds from Artemisia selengensis Turcz Stems and Its Components Analysis

  • The inhibitory activity of xanthine oxidase(XOD)was used as a monitoring index,and the active substances were extracted from the stem of Artemisia selengensis Turcz by ethanol reflux. Firstly,the single factor experiments were carried out. Then the response surface method was used to optimize the extraction conditions of anti-xanthine oxidase substances in the stem of Artemisia selengensis Turcz. Finally,the ethanol extracts of Artemisia selengensis Turcz stems was qualitative analysis by UPLC/Q-TOF-MS/MS. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were ethanol concentration 53%,extraction temperature 79℃,and the ratio of liquid to material 34:1 (mL/g). Under the conditions,the enzyme activity inhibition rate of the extracts was 56.4%. And the main components of the ethanol extracts of Artemisia selengensis Turcz stems were 5-CQA,3-CQA,3,4-diCQA,3,5-diCQA,1,5-diCQA,and 4,5-diCQA.
