Determination of Main Components and Establishment of HPLC Fingerprint of Chroogomphus rutilus from Different Cultivation Places

  • Objective:To provide a reference for the formulation of the quality standard of Chroogomphus rutilus,the content of main components in fruiting bodies of Chroogomphus rutilus from different cultivation places were determined and the HPLC fingerprints were established. Methods:The contents of ergosterol,total flavonoids and phenolic acid of Chroogomphus rutilus were determined by HPLC method and UV spectrophotometry,respectively.The fingerprint similarity software was used for data analysis to establish a common fingerprint pattern of Chroogomphus rutilus. Results:The contents of ergosterol,total flavonoid and phenolic acid of Chroogomphus rutilus from different cultivation places were(1.82±0.02)~(2.14±0.03) mg/g,(4.62±0.14)~(10.35±0.13) mg/g and(6.73±0.06)~(9.27±0.06) mg/g,respectively.A total of 10 fingerprint peaks were identified in the fingerprint of Chroogomphus rutilus,and a common fingerprint patternt was established.The similarity was more than 0.994.The cluster analysis showed that the samples can be divided into two categories. Conclusion:The established method and fingerprint can provide reference for the quality evaluation of Chroogomphus rutilus from different cultivation places.
