Abstract

The incidence of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is increasing year by year,and recent studies have found that n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid represented by DHA and its derivatives have a good mitigating effect on inflammatory bowel disease. This article summarizes the application and mechanism of DHA and its derivatives in the research and treatment of intestinal inflammation,and puts forward the potential research and application value of a new type of DHA benzylamine derivative in the field of intestinal inflammation,with a view to providing some theoretical basis and references for further study and application of correlated compounds.
