Research Progress on Detection Methods of Pseudomonas aeruginosa

  • Pseudomonas aeruginosa often pollution salad,cooked meat products,bottled water and other products in the daily diet,in addition,it is also a kind of condition pathogenic bacteria which can cause chronic infection in immunocompromised patients bacteria,the drug resistance problem are more likely to produce potential threat to human health,so the fast and exact analysis of detection is of great significance. This paper reviews the advantages and disadvantages of various detection methods in the detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa from the traditional detection methods,which take nucleic acid,polypeptide protein and whole cell as the research objects,so as to provide reference basis for the selection of daily specific detection scheme.
