Research Progress on Application of Novel Nano-enzyme Mimetics in Food Safety Analysis

  • Nano-enzyme mimetics possess the advantages of high stability,low cost and easy surface modification,and have become emerging alternatives to natural enzymes to some extent. In this paper,the characteristics of the novel enzyme mimetics and the types of nanomaterials-based enzyme mimetics are summarized briefly,and the recent research progress of novel enzyme mimetics,such as metal enzyme mimetics,metal oxide enzyme mimetics,carbon material enzyme mimetics and nanozyme complex,metal-organic frameworks and biomass complex nanozymes in the field of food safety analysis are highlighted. The future challenges and perspectives towards novel enzyme mimetics are also prospected.
