Research Progress of Colloidal Gold Immunochromatographic Test Strip Technology and Its Application in Food Safety Testing

  • In this paper, the principles and the preparation of colloidal gold immunochromatography technology have been introduced, and the application in several areas such as clinical test, food safety and heavy metal detection are mainly described to show the characteristics of CGIS such as high specificity, high sensitivity, rapid and simple. Meanwhile, the current limitations of this technology have been mentioned. In addition, the development direction of research and application of this technology is given. This review is expected to provide the bibliographic support for the promotion of rapid quantitative detection of food safety in our country.
