Review of Standard Dectection Methods of Carcinogenic Biotoxins in Foods

  • Biotoxins are highly biotoxic. Ingesting foods contaminated with biotoxins can cause great harm to public health. Due to the high risk of such substances, many international organizations or countries have established a number of regulations on carcinogenic biotoxins in foods to strictly control them. This paper collects the standards of major international organizations and countries on carcinogenic biotoxin limits and detection methods, and compares them with the current standards in China. It give some suggestions for the problems found nowadays, hoping to provide some references for related mycotoxins testing institute or enterprises in this field.
