Determination of 9 Kinds of Biological Amines in Aquatic Products by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry Based on PriME Solid Phase Extraction

  • A method for the simultaneous determination of nine biogenic amines in aquatic products by high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry was established. The sample was extracted by acidizing acetonitrile,purified by Oasis PriME HLB solid phase extraction column,separated by HILIC chromatographic column,and analyzed for quantification under positive ion multireaction monitoring mode. The results showed that,the linearity in the concentration range of 1~200 ng/mL,the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999,and at the addition levels of 15,30,50 μg/kg,the average recovery rate was between 80.5% to 109.5%,and the relative standard deviation was 2.3%~5.9%. The method detection limit was 5 μg/kg and the quantification limit was 15 μg/kg. The method was simple and fast,had good sensitivity,recovery rate and precision,and was suitable for detecting low concentration bioamine in aquatic products.
