Abstract

In order to explore the removal of marine neurotoxin in our country and improve the safety of marine aquatic food consumption,it was reviewed the research progress of removal methods and abatement rates of neurotoxins contained in marine organisms in aquatic products from the three major methods of physics,chemistry and biology. The methods of temperature treatment,detoxification,ozone,chlorine,microbial degradation,solution and transformation of the research results were analyzed and summarized,to provide reference for the study of marine neurotoxin toxicity removal and reduction.
