Current Situation and Development Trend of Cell Wall Breaking Technology on Bibliometrics Analysis

In order to analyze the current situation and development trend of cell wall breaking technology in China,the fuzzy method of key word correlation was used to search in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and China's patent database,and the retrieved data were analyzed by the method of Bibliometrics. The results showed that the research on cell wall breaking technology in China was in the ascendant and obtained rapid development especially after patent documents representing independent intellectual property rights showed up in the 21st century. The application of cell wall breaking technology in many fields such as medicine,biology,agriculture,food and chemical industry was increasingly expanded and perfected. Synergy and combined effect of multi field and multi discipline was taking place,and the characteristics of research units were becoming more and more distinct. A prosperous research situation was taking shape. At the same time,the article also pointed out that the cell wall breaking technology was still facing difficulties in maintaining a low temperature or ultra-low temperature of the environment uniformly and constantly,and intelligent special equipment and its supporting technology almost remain,etc. All these need efforts to strengthen the depth of basic research,break through the technical bottleneck,expand application breadth and keep going deeply into it,so as to create a new spring of cell wall breaking technology.
