Research Progress of Screening Methods of Exogenous Risk Substances in Milk and Dairy Products based on Two-dimensional Chromatography and Its Combination

  • Milk and dairy products are valuable products for the food industry due to their nutritional and functional properties. Comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography is the most powerful method today available for the untargeted analysis of complex mixtures of volatiles. The advantages are:increased sensitivity,greater peak capacity,enhanced identification potential. Moreover,comprehensive two-dimensional liquid chromatography has found its way into many application areas where very complex mixtures need to be separated. In combination with mass spectrometry,high throughput and rapid screening of exogenous risk material in milk and dairy products can be achieved. This paper discussed the technical principles and workflow of risk material and two-dimensional chromatography in dairy products,reviewed the past ten years research progress in application of two-dimensional chromatographic screening risk material in milk and dairy products and the trend of development and the relevant application prospects were summarized.
