Research Progress on the Application of Hydrolyzed Protein in Infant Formula Milk Powder

  • The hydrolyzed protein with low molecular weights is suitable for infants with immature digestive system and imperfect immune system. It can satisfy the nutritional needs of infants and play a significant role in the prevention and treatment of allergic diseases. In this paper,the properties and application of hydrolyzed protein and function of hydrolyzed protein formula were introduced. Meanwhile,the production of hydrolyzed protein and corresponding standard were reviewed.
