Main Quality Problems and Suggestions of Food Additives in China in 2015~2017

  • The quality problems of food additives in China in recent three years were collected and summarized in this paper. The results showed that the quality problems of food additive products were mainly concentrated in the following aspects:additive product doping with fake, aluminium compound leavening agent, unqualified wine additives. These problems would have a serious impact on the quality of downstream food using food additives. Therefore, strengthening the management of food additives was an important solution to improve the disqualification of food additives in food. It was expected that through the analysis and summary of this article, the supervisors and enterprise managers would pay more attention to it.
