Abstract

Nondestructive detection technology has become a hotspot of detection technology. The principles and applications of non-destructive methods of agricultural products were briefly introduced,such as nuclear magnetic resonance technology,acoustic technology,near infrared analysis technology,machine vision technology,X ray detection method and so on. The application prospects and problems of non-destructive methods were analyzed. This paper can provide theoretical basis for the development and utilization of agricultural products.
