Adsorption of Cyhalothrin Pesticides in Water by Low-cost Material

  • The adsorption of two kinds of low-cost adsorbents,including rice bran and okara were optimized through the experiment. The optimum adsorption conditions of rice bran:The dosage of rice bran was 15 g/L,the particle sizes was 60 mesh,the pH was 9,the temperature was 40℃,the initial concentration of cyhalothrin was 1.00 mg/L. Under optimum adsorption conditions,cyhalothrin removal efficiency could reach 76.54%. The optimum adsorption conditions of okara:The dosage of okara was 15 g/L,the particle sizes was 100 mesh,the pH was 5,the temperature was 40℃,the initial concentration of cyhalothrin was 1.25 mg/L. Under optimum adsorption conditions,cyhalothrin removal efficiency could reach 85.67%.
