Study on technology of polysaccharide extraction from dioscorea opposita by microwave assisted enzymatic method

  • To study the technology of polysaccharide extraction from dioscorea opposite and improve the extraction yield, microwave assisted enzymatic method was established. The dioscorea opposita and the polysaccharide yield were used as materials and the index. The best extraction conditionals were optimized through the single factor experiment and orthogonal test by adding the α-amylase and cellulasel with the microwave assisted, and the optimized conditionals were the extraction temperature of 85℃, extraction time of 4 h, material to liquid ratio of 1:5.5 (g/mL), microwave power of 825 W.The results proved that the extraction yield of dioscorea opposita polysaccharide was 34.78%±1.19% by applying microwave assisted enzymatic, higher than in common methods.
