Refining of sunflower seed meal peptide hydrolyzate

  • In order to make use of the higher quality plant protein sunflower seed meal protein, under the condition of microwave enzymolysis, using single factor to determine the optimal desalination conditions for antioxidant peptide fluid sunflower seed meal as follows:hydrolysis pH4.5, anion and cation resin ratio 3:2, through column speed 8 times column/h. Under this condition, the rate of desalination is 84.54%, the clearance rates of·OH and O2-·were 43.62% and 57.08% respectively. Ultrafiltration pressure 0.16 MPa, liquid flow rate 2.5 mL/s, ultrafiltration time 60 min. Under this condition, permeate flux was 25.98 L/m2·h, membrane fouling was 0.021, the clearance rates of·OH and O2-·were 73.02% and 86.58%, respectively. Through experiments, the protease solution of sunflower seed meal was studied in depth, it provides a theoretical basis for the development of the sunflower seed meal peptide product and the industrialized batch production of the functional bioactive peptide product.
