Research progress in detection methods of mycotoxins based on enrichment purification and electrochemical properties of carbon nanotubes

  • The mycotoxin pollution is one of the main factors that inducing safety problems,the efficient analytical and detection method is the prerequisite technical support for a high-throughput analytical of mycotoxins. In recent years,Carbon nanotubes(CNTs)has attracted considerable attention for detection of mycotoxins. The carbon nanotubes have broad application prospects in many fields for its strong adsorption,easy separation and good biocompatibility. In this paper,the developments for determination of mycotoxin were introduced and the application of CNTs in the analysis of mycotoxins was summarized,which combined with the characteristics of CNTs and the physicochemical properties and pollution characteristics of mycotoxins. The new trends for the detection of mycotoxins were also put forword.
