Research progress of edible packing films based on fruit and vegetable

  • This paper reviewed the research status of edible packing films based on fruit and vegetable(fruit-vegetable films)from the aspects of raw material formula, performance index and packaging application. In addition, the existing problems and development prospects of fruit-vegetable films were also outlined in order to provide the theoretical and experimental foundation for their edible packaging application.
