Research progress of hypolipidemic peptides in dietary proteins source

  • Abnormal blood lipid will lead to-hyperlipidemia and related metabolic syndrome, and will threaten health of human seriously. In recent years, people pay more and more attention to bioactive peptides with function of reducing blood lipid in dietary protein. In this paper, different dietary proteins source hypolipidemic peptides were classified, and its mechanism and the latest research progress were elaboratedaiming at providing basic research for the development of hypolipidemic functional food.
