Reviews on the present situation and progress of testing and traceability technologies in quality safety of agricultural products

Agricultural product quality safety testing and management technology is mainly applied to produce quality traceability, which could control the quality and safety of agricultural products effectively. As the main consumption type of food, agricultural products occupies 70% of the total food consumption in our country.As the development of the economy and living standards, the emphasis on food safety is growing. This paper mainly introduced the technologies related to quality detection and management of agricultural product. It mainly includes the following aspects: rapid detection, automatic identification, network and database technology.These technologies could implement information collection, share service in the whole production process, and establish a complete monitor system for the quality safety of agricultural product.
