Study on extraction and applied properties of a bioactive product from an organism degrading aflatoxin B1

  • A bioactive product from Stenotrophomonas sp.42-2 could degrade aflatoxin B1 ( AFB1) .The extraction and applied properties of the bioactive product were studied in this paper.AFB1 was effectively degraded by extracellular bioactive product from Stenotrophomonas sp.42-2.The degradation ability of the bioactive product was optimum in the 65% saturated ammonium sulfate.The molecular mass of the bioactive product was greater than 30 k Da.The bioactive of the product was optimal at p H8.0and at 40 ℃.Its optimal reaction time was 72 h. The activity of the bioactive product was enhanced in the presence of Mg2+, Cu2+.And Fe2+was able to inhibit the bioactivity of the extracellular product.
