Study on the relationship of cut tobacco structure and physical indexes of cigarette based on regression analysis

  • In order to explore the influence of tobacco structure and its uniformity on the physical quality of cigarettes, the finished tobacco was refined into eight different tobacco structure proportioning layers S1 ~ S8, and then the proportion of tobacco mesh structure was correlated with physical index and regression analysis ( weight, circumference, suction resistance, hardness, the end of the amount of silk, the end of containing rate) .The specific tobacco distribution affecting the physical index and its stability was discussed.The results showed that the influence of tobacco structure on the physical indexes was as follows:circle > single weight > hardness index > end fraction > resistance > hardness. The distribution of tobacco structure, which was closely related to the physical index, was S2, S4, S5, S6 and S7.According to the regression equation between the proportion of tobacco structure and physical index, the physical index with large fluctuation can be optimized to improve the quality and stability of the cigarette.
