Study on the methods of detection of pesticides residue in fruits and vegetables based on surface enhanced raman scattering

  • The harm caused by the illegal use of pesticides makes the technology of pesticides residue detection progress continuously.With comparison of different detection methods, it is found that surface enhanced raman scattering technology ( SERS) has great potential for pesticides detection.From the perspective of the development of active substrate was described the development of SERS, besides, the research of pesticides detection methods in fruits and vegetables with SERS was stated in detail.Characteristics of different detection methods were summarized and compared. Finally the prospect and the development direction of pesticides residue detection in fruits and vegetables with SERS were introduced.
