Research progress on the shelf life predict model of aquatic products

  • In this paper, a comprehensive review on the prediction model of shelf life and safety evaluation model for aquatic products was included.This paper summarized the research of shelf life prediction model and artificial neural network model of aquatic products, including chemical reaction kinetics models, shelf life models based on temperature change, microbial growth prediction models and artificial neural network model in aquatic products.It was compared that the advantages of the predictive models, which can provide the technical support to the quality preservation and security technology.
