  • Food safety is a complex social problem, which plays an important role in the development of social economy.Regulation is one of the key measures to ensure food safety.After years of development and experience accumulation, developed countries have formed a relatively mature food safety regulatory system.Each of these food safety regulatory systems has its own characteristics and advantages.In order to learn from the experience of developed countries' supervision systems and provide reference for the construction of China's food safety supervision system, the paper summarized supervision system in the United States, European Union, Japan, Canada and other developed countries.
