Comparitive on the quality of Corylus heterophylla × Corylus avellana nut under different sites conditions in Xinjiang

  • In this paper, Xinjiang main cultivated varieties Corylus heterophylla Fisch. × Corylus avellana L. new hazel one ( 84-254) were used as the research object, the original place of Dalian ( A) were as control, combined with meteorological environments, the hazel fruit 's appearance, economic characters, sugar and amino acid contents which collected from five representative areas of Xinjiang in the year of 2014 and 2015 were compared, the difference of Corylus heterophylla Fisch. ×Corylus avellana L.fruit qualities under different sites condition were explored.Results showed the fruit qualities index in Xinjiang were higher than Dalian, in the ecological areas of Xinjiang, the promotion value of Anning Qu producing area ( C) , Qapqal producing area ( D) and Shufu producing area ( F) were higher.Producing area E was shell thin, producing area B had higher sugar content, as the processing products can play its maximum benefit.Combined with the analysis of meteorological environment, the advantages of large temperature difference and long sunshine in Xinjiang area were beneficial to the growth of various indexes in different producing areas of Xinjiang, and the size of fruit diameters in Xinjiang area increased with the latitude gradually increased from North to South.Compared with 2014, in 2015 years the temperature, humidity and rainfall all increased, sunshine times reduced, hazelnut shell becomes thinner, amino acid contents increased, except B and C producing area, the diameters of fruits decreased significantly, and the contents of sugar decreased with the exception of B.It can be seen that promotion of certain temperature and humidity is beneficial to promote the appearance and economic characteristics of hazelnut, and the sunshine times are positively related to sugar contents, while rainfall and temperature and humidity are beneficial to improve the kernel rate.
