Advance in immunoassay of total aflatoxins in food

  • Aflatoxins ( AFs) contamination of food was widespread, serious and harmful to the food industry concern and a single aflatoxin detection had been unable to meet the needs of the food industry.For the detection of total aflatoxins in food commonly used physical and chemical analysis method, compared with the immunoassay with high specificity, high sensitivity, simplicity and other technical advantages, immunoassay had become the future direction of development and an important research topic.In this paper, the research progress of the total aflatoxins detection with immunoassay were reviewed and the aim was to provide new methods and ideas for the immunoassay of total aflatoxins in food.
