  • Multidimensional liquid chromatography plays an important role in bioactive peptides with peak capacity and high flux, becoming one of the most interesting fields of peptides purification.The review mainly focused on the combination model of multidimensional liquid chromatography separation technology and its application in the separation of bioactive peptides, aimed to build the efficient separation methods of bioactive peptides, and prospects for application of multidimensional liquid chromatography in bioactive peptides were addressed, in order to build the efficient separation methods of bioactive peptides.
