Progress of hyperspectral imaging detection technology in apple quality

  • Hyperspectral imaging in fruit nondestructive detection was a new technology developed rapidly in recent years.The object could be detected from three-dimensional to get internal and external features. In this paper, the system type apply to apple quality detection was induced by introducing system structure, light sources and scanning modes.Several important links were analyzed by describing operation process of indicator detection.Then the operation process, modeling methods and research progress of indicator detection were summarized at home and abroad.Finally, the research direction and application prospect of hyperspectral nondestructive detection for apple quality were presented
