Immunoregulatory effects of four probiotics derived from Xinjiang fermented camel milk in mice

  • Objective: To expolre the immunoregulatory and protective effects of four kinds of probiotics that were isolated from Xinjiang traditional fermented camel milk and cheese whey. Method: Use CTX( 80 mg / kg,ip) to establish the immunosuppressive mouse model, then they were randomly assigned into 11 groups,we gave high and low dose of Lactobacillus kefiranofaciens, yeast Issa Oriental,Lactobacillus kefir, and Lactobacillus pentosus. Result: Compared with the model group, the body weight, spleen, thymus index, and lymphocyte proliferation ablity were increased( p < 0.01),AST,ALT,UREA were decreased( p < 0.05),the content of Th1 cytokines were increased( p < 0.01).Conclusion: These four probiotics could alleviated the immunosuppressive effects, regulated the Th1 / Th2 balance, and played the role of immune regulation and protection.
