Different solvents extraction of resveratrol and its glycosides in wine

  • Resveratrol and its glycoside isomer are almost insoluble in water but easily soluble for a majority of organic solvent.Comparison of ethyl acetate,chloroform,ethyl ether,the mixed solution of ethyl acetate,hexane and dichloromethane and aqueous two- phase system of wine in resveratrol and piceid were compared. The results showed that the ethyl acetate was superior to the other solvents in the extraction of the target compounds,the extraction rate of resveratrol glucoside could reach more than 90% and the resveratrol extraction rate lower than 80%. Ethyl acetate extraction operation was simple,high extraction rate and feasible.
