  • The dual characteristics of fresh meat and garden stuff are fresh and high nutritional value,while biodegradable materials for packaging has a prominent effect of environmental protection,application biodegradable materials preservation of fresh meat and garden stuff has the superior economic benefit and ecological benefit.The quality attributes and quality change mechanisms of fresh meat and garden stuff were briefly presented. The research was to list the research and application of biodegradable material preservation of fresh meat and garden stuff,and gave an impetus to the development of fresh food industry.
