Extraction and antibacterial activity of alkaloidsfrom the Corydalis taliensis Fr.

  • To select the basicextracting way of alkaloid from the Corydalis taliensis Fr.with ultrasonic,the best one was selected with absorbency of alkaloid as index by single factor test and orthogonal test. The results showed the optimum extraction conditions were as follow: the concentration of ethanol 75%,material to liquid ratio was 1∶ 10,ultrasonic time was 120 min and ultrasonic temperature was 40 ℃.The alkaloidsextraction yield could reach 1.656% in the optimum conditions. In addition to,the antibacterial activities of alkaloid Corydalis taliensis Fr. was determined. The minimum inhibitory concentration( MIC) of Corydalis taliensis Fr.alkaloidon Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis and Salmonella typhimurium was 40,50,40,50 μg / m L,respectively.
