Research progress in rapid detections of chemical hazards in aquatic products

  • Due to pollution of the environment,abuse of chemical reagents and in particular toxins,chemical hazards play a dominant role in cases of food safety in China.Furthermore,rapid detection technology has been an essential tool in many areas such as sample screening and field test.As a result,the research on rapid detections of chemical hazards has become a hot spot at home and abroad. In this review,the application of rapid detection technology on chemical hazards in aquatic product,focusing on the sample pre-treatment and rapid detections,was summarized and the trends of rapid detection of chemical hazards in aquatic products was discussed.
