Research of the migration of bisphenol A diglycidyl ether and it's derivatives from coated cans

  • This article studied on the migration properties of bisphenol A diglycidyl ether and it's derivatives from coated cans in the food simulant.HPLC-MS/MS method was applied to measure the amount and ethanol solution of 50%(v/v) was used as the food simulant to study the migration of bisphenol A diglycidyl ether and it 's derivatives in coated cans. Moreover,the migration model of D.Chung and mathematical model of Weibull were utilized to predict the migration trends.The results showed that the storage temperature and the time had a significant effect on the migration,and the value of migration balance was1.28 mg / kg. The dependence of D on temperature followed an Arrhenius-type relationship,and the fitting degree( R~2) of D.Chung model was lower than 0.23,however,the fitting degree( R~2) of Weibull model was greater than 0.90.Therefore,Weibull model matched better than D.Chung model,which provided reference for the safety assessment of coated can.
