Quality and safety pre-warning for fresh food supply chain based on entropy weight and extension fuzzy matter-element

  • Due to the seasonal and perishable natures of fresh food and improvement of consumer demand,quality and safety of fresh food supply chain has become a difficult management problem. Quality and safety evaluation index system of fresh food was built based on supply chain. To overcome the features of uncertainty and subjectivity,triangular fuzzy number was introduced to improve the matter-element extension( MEE) model,combining the theory of information entropy and decision-maker risk preference.Pre-warning model for fresh food was built based on entropy weight and fuzzy MEE.Through numerical examples,it showed that the improved model was effective for warning of food quality and safety and provided a new idea and method for the pre-warning of quality and safety management.
