Isolation and identification of the pathogen causing mildew rot of the Yongdeng barbary wolfberry in the air-drying process

  • The pathogen,causing Yongdeng barbary wolfberry mildew rot in the air-drying process,was isolated from diseased fruits. The results showed that initial symptoms of the disease appeared when fruits was put on bamboo mat two or four days later.The main pathogenic sites was carpopodium sides or scratches.Based on the result of pathogenicity testing,Alternaria alternata and Torulaspora delbrueckii was the pathogen of Yongdeng barbary wolfberry mildew rot.
