Isolation and identification of flavonoids compounds from Xinjiang Morus nigra L.

  • Flavonoids were isolated from ethyl acetate extract of alcohol extract of Morus nigra L.by means of various chromatographic techniques.And they were identified by nuclear magnetic resonance( NMR) and HPLCMS- MS.Four flavonoids were isolated and identified as Rutinum( 1),Isoquercitrin( 2),Hyperin( 3) and kaempferol-1-3- O-β- D- glucopyranoside( 4),respectively.Compou- nds( 3) and( 4) were isolated from Morus nigra L. for the first time.
