Research progress of fresh walnuts

  • In recent years,fresh walnuts is becoming increasingly popular in the market.Current research progress of postharvest storage,treatments and product development in fresh walnuts was reviewed in this paper. In addition,a hot and blind spot in fresh walnuts was mentioned. In order to provide the reference for fresh walnuts industry,the prospect of fresh walnuts in food industry was also mentioned.
