Research advance in antibiotics detection based on aptamer

  • Antibiotics has been widely used for its distinctive curative effect in the treatment of diseases,however,the overuse of antibiotics and harmful social problems has become a public problem affecting public health.Aptamers,a kind of chemical antibodies,reveal higher specificity and affinity to target with the improvement of aptamer screening technology. In this paper,the latest research recently for some sensing methods based on aptasensing technologies were summarized,from the electrochemistry,optics and enzyme- linked immunology respectively,which showed the application ability of aptamers in antibiotics detection and its potential applications in the exploration of research methods.
